We invite you to visit Grove City in 2017 to stretch your muscles, your mind, and your imagination. If that’s not enough, here are a few more reasons why you should visit Grove City in 2017:

1. Adventures galore

Outdoor adventurers should definitely visit Grove City in 2017. From a 7,000+ acre park with a bison habitat to the first park in the world to be sponsored by outdoor retailer REI to peaceful gardens to a paintball adventure park, there is so much to explore in Central Ohio!

2. Wine + art (need I say more?)

Every year, the Grove City Town Center hosts the Grove City Wine & Arts Festival, a day filled with Ohio wines, local artists & artisans, food trucks, live music, and more. You definitely don’t want to miss this signature Grove City event. For those staying in a hotel, there is even a shuttle to transport you to and from the festival. Make it a weekend getaway by attending the VIP dinner the night before the main event!

3. Local shopping

Finding a few treasures to commemorate trips is one of the best parts of traveling, in my opinion. If that’s the case for you, too, then you’ll definitely want to stop in the Grove City Town Center for some great local shopping. You’ll find adorable home decor shops, boutiques, an antique store, and even a store that specializes in all things honey!

4. Golf (of all varieties)

If golf is more of your thing then you’re on par to have a fun time in Grove City. You’ll be a PGA pro on our traditional golf courses, like Hickory Hills Golf Club. Or, you can try your hand at disc golf. In 2017, you’ll also be able to play footgolf (basically golf that is played with a soccer ball) at KickMaster Footgolf.

5. EcoFest

Celebrate everything green, eco-friendly, sustainable, and healthy at Grove City’s EcoFest. At this earth-friendly event, you’ll learn how to make simple lifestyle changes to be more sustainable and healthy. In addition, you can participate in fitness classes, demonstrations, test drive an electric vehicle, and even go for a bike ride with our mayor. How cool is that?!

6. Craft beer

Central Ohio’s craft beer scene is booming. In fact, Columbus was recently listed as one of the best U.S. cities for beer drinkers. So, why don’t you come see for yourself what all the hype is about? In Grove City, you can discover local and Ohio craft beer at Grove City Brewing Company, Hop Yard 62, and Oktoberfest.
