Grove City is home to some of the best businesses in the Columbus area, and every year the area’s top print publications conduct reader polls to gauge the metro area’s fan favorites. Now that the latest publication has released their results, we wanted to highlight all the area’s award winners, whether they’re unique to Grove City, or have made just one of their homes here, among other great places.

Read on to get full details on the all the Grove City winners for (614) Magazine’s ColumBEST, CityScene Magazine’s Best of the ‘BUS, and Dispatch’s Top of CBUS.

Cimi’s Bistro at Pinnacle was voted the Best Place to Drink Your Bunch (Best of the ‘Bus by CityScene Magazine) and with traditional options like Bloody Marys, Irish Coffee, and the less traditional Beermosa, coupled with a breath-taking view, it’s easy to see why CityScene Magazine readers would opt to start their day at Cimi’s.

Farm Table on 62 took home Best Locally Owned Boutique (Best of the ‘Bus by CityScene Magazine). Readers love the varied options of home decor galore and plethora of locally-made goods available at this charming boutique. Spent the morning digging around in the urban farm at the @midohiofoodbank pantry this morning! If you live in Franklin county and are looking for a good, fun, easy volunteer opportunity, get on their website and sign up. I was so grateful for this organization after I left today! They do so much good in our community, including this chemical-free urban farm which provides fresh produce to low-income families at their farm stand. ✨ 👩🏻‍🌾 Having been food insecure for the majority of time I raised my first child, I remember putting change together to buy meals for Magnolia (which were not healthy. We didn’t even have a pot to cook with for a while and got our electricity turned off a few times.) I was trying everything I could to stay off of government assistance because I felt like I was able-bodied and of sound mind enough to support myself unlike so many people less fortunate than me. I was working 40 + hours a week making $8 an hour doing my apprenticeship (like $250 a week after taxes 😭) and going through family court with her dad. It was sad and hard and I was very ashamed. I’ll never forget it. 😩 Nothing makes me cry more than thinking about kids and their parents not being able eat. I’m so grateful for how blessed I’ve been in my career and with the support of people who loved me. Not everyone has that or will ever have that! Thank goodness for places like @midohiofoodbank ❤️❤️❤️
