VISIT GROVE CITY TO Kick-Off the Fall Season with
WIZARDLY PUMPKIN CARVER, Gus “Squashcarver” Smithhisler
(Season 6 Food Network, Halloween Wars Participant)
We will be kicking off the Fall Season with an appearance from Halloween Wars Season Six, Food Network Participant, Gus “Squashcarver” Smithhisler. On Friday, September 30th, beginning at 12pm and ending at 6:00 p.m., Gus will be taking a 500 pound pumpkin and creating a wizardly themed work-of-art. All are invited to come and observe this unique free event. Along with meeting new local business owners, enjoy free pumpkin treats, learn how to paint a pumpkin on canvas, and witness the reveal of Visit Grove City’s magical Halloween storefront display.
Visit Grove City will continue with fall family-friendly activities every Friday and Saturday through the month of October. Stay tuned for more details on events in October.

It’s a great place to stop in with the little ones for fun coloring and painting activities as well!

The 43rd annual Arts in the Alley Music and Arts Festival is the third weekend in September, in Grove City’s historic Town Center. Parking and admission are free. The 2022 festival takes place in Town Center Park, just off Broadway. The festival experience offers convenient access to charming, local businesses and dining opportunities.

Saturday, Sept. 17, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
